The contract requires Yingli Green Energy to supply 220MW of PV modules to SAG Solarstrom from 2011 through 2013 for installation in residential, commercial rooftop and ground-mounted power plants across key European PV markets where SAG Solarstrom operates.
The agreement will further strengthen Yingli Green Energy’s existing collaboration with SAG Solarstrom, while enabling SAG to implement its planned growth in the solar power industry over the next few years.
Yingli Green Energy chairman and CEO Liansheng Miao said that this long-term contract reflects the trust and confidence that its customers have in Yingli Green Energy’s ability to meet their increasing requirements on a consistent basis.
"We recognize that strong support from our channel partners and loyal customers is a key success factor for our sustainable growth in this fast-growing and competitive industry," Miao said.
