The company also announced the resignation of Ray Wright as the chairman and acting chief financial officer of the company. Mr Wright will continue to provide administrative services through February 15, 2008, as per the consulting agreement with the company.
Joseph Sikora, current president and chief operating officer of Viking, will remain on the board of directors and will continue to operate the company in his current capacity.
