The scope of the contract includes supply and commissioning of wind turbines as well as a 20-year active output management (AOM 5000) service.
Vestas US and Canada sales and service division president Chris Brown said: "In addition to increasing the amount of clean and affordable energy available to the people of Kansas and Missouri, the 20-year service agreement ensures RPM Access will receive unparalleled service and optimal energy production from their turbines and that these communities will benefit from a steady source of quality jobs."
The company expects to commission turbines from the first half of 2016.
RPM Access development vice-president Felix Friedman said: "The Vestas V110-2.0 MW wind turbine generators on 95m towers provide RPMA an optimal match to the wind conditions at the northeast Kansas site."
Earlier this week, Vestas has received a contract with smart-energy Betriebs, to provide 10 V126-3.3MW wind turbines for Hohenruppersdorf II wind power project in Lower Austria.
