Expected to have an installed capacity of 20MW, the project will supply electricity to the El Paso Electric grid that will in turn provide energy for the base’s captive use.

The company will be provided access to over 80a of land on the Holloman Air Force Base to execute the said construction of the proposed facility.

The Air Force Civil Engineer Center, in San Antonio, Texas that manages the Air Force’s leases real property assets to developers is partnering with Holloman AFB to develop the project.
