Completed by vogt solar, the project is equipped with over 46,000 individual Trina Solar modules including TSM-PC05A 250W and 255W models.
The installation has been completed in time to qualify for 1.6 renewable obligation certificates (ROCs), before the reduction on 1 April 2014 of the available rate of ROCs support for ground-mounted projects to 1.4ROCs/MWh.
According to Trina Solar, the modules offer 15% efficiency and better performance in low light conditions, and are also able to withstand snow and wind loads of up to 5,400Pa and 2,400Pa respectively.
