The Lucey #1H, which is the last of the company’s four planned horizontal Marcellus wells in Marshall County in the second half of 2010, will be drilled and completed horizontally in the Marcellus shale.
In addition, the company has completed the 11 stage frac on the Stout #2H in West Virginia and is commencing the process this week of drilling out the frac plugs.
The company said that it has both the Groves #1H and the Keaton #1H wells drilled and behind pipe and have scheduled to frac these wells in February and March.
Trans Energy president John Corp said that the company has completed the drilling of the Keaton #1H and have now begun the drilling of the Lucey #1H.
