Tianwei New Energy provides solar panels for 366.6kW solar power system located in Anaheim, while Advanced Energy Industries provides a solar inverter.
The contract, valued at about $1.8m, is supported by solar incentive rebates from the local utility company and from Federal Tax Cash Grants from the Federal Treasury Department.
The solar system installation is planned to start in early 2012, and the system is expected to produce 544,478kWh of electricity annually.
