Construction of the 60.4MWp/50MWac power plant commenced in September 2011, and the plant was interconnected earlier this month.
SunEdison expects to complete the sale of the equity of the solar power plant this year.
The 100-hectare facility uses nearly 214,000 solar modules and is expected to produce enough energy to power 27,000 homes and avoid 37,400 tons of CO2, in its first full year of operation.
