The funds will be used for the installation of solar power projects with a total capacity of 3MW in the Mid Atlantic region of North America.
Solar Park Initiatives CEO David Surette said that the company moves into its next phase of the process for implementing its business model, installing solar park projects in North America.
"This funding letter represents another significant milestone by Solar Park Initiatives. We expect to complete these projects in a timely manner and it is anticipated that they will be completed by February 2011," Surette said.
