According to the publication, Faifield Energy will acquire a 70% stake in the project as the operator while Mitsubishi picks up the remaining 30% as part of the agreement. Shell expects to transfer the operatorship to Fairfield in early 2008. The financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
