As per the five-year agreement, Fluor will provide design, project and construction management and home-office and site based engineering services for the projects.
Fluor Energy & Chemicals Group president Peter Oosterveer said, "This new enterprise framework agreement with Shell for the EAME region demonstrates Fluor’s alignment with Shell’s global strategy."
The contract can be extended for another five years to continue Flour’s services for Shell’s upstream onshore projects too.
Flour, currently is providing operations and maintenance services for Shell in Australia, Netherlands, Russia and Qatar.
US-based Flour is a provider of engineering, procurement, construction, maintenance and project management services.
