SEMI-GAS Systems, a provider of ultra-high purity gas delivery equipment, has expanded the capabilities of GigaGuard GSM controller by adding PLC operation of 6, 7 and 8 stick gas distribution systems.
As required by in semiconductor and LED manufacturing applications, new controller offers fully automatic purging capability and gas management from a single source to multiple points of use.
The GigaGuard GSM Controller designed for the safe and continuous distribution of hazardous process gases and is used in conjunction with the SEMI-GAS Nanoturion Valve Manifold Box.
SEMI-GAS Systems division manager Jim Murphy said that the new GigaGuard controller provides a dramatic upgrade in performance, versatility and value when compared to the previous version.
"The GigaGuard product line sets the standard in gas handling controls by offering complete operational customization for each application," Murphy added.
Featuring modern touch screen with easy-to-use software prompts and alarms to help reduce operator error and increase safety, the adaptable new controller can independently operates ESO valves, monitors analog and digital process sensors, displays delivery pressures, maintains alarm logs, and continuously monitors system operations for hazardous conditions.
