Sobyanin said in spite of the global crisis the Russian government has not changed its plans to construct 26 nuclear reactors.
Russia is looking to diversify in the field of power engineering. For this reason, Russian government is going to increase the share of nuclear power plants in the total energy production from 16% to 25%.
