Mitsui & Co., Ltd. and J-Power will begin acting as co-investors in the construction of a wind farm, financing up to 50% of total investment.
The wind plants will have capacity to produce up to 36 MW in the initial stages, but a bigger wind farm is to be built in the Primorye region at a later time. Zubakin said up to 200 MW of wind-driven power capacity could eventually be built in the region.
