“Rumpke Recycling is excited work with GJMV to offer cardboard recycling to the Jackson community,” said Mari Long, Rumpke Recycling sales manager. “Thank you to Wal-Mart for giving us a location to make this wonderful opportunity available, and we hope residents take advantage of the new recycling option.”

Other recycling options offered by GJMV in the Wal-Mart parking lot are plastic bottles #1-2, aluminum and steel cans, glass bottles, newspapers, magazines and catalogs.

“We added the cardboard option because of the success of the current recycling program,” said Mike Massie, GJMV coordinator. “Recycling is an investment in creating jobs and strengthening Ohio’s economy, preserving natural resources, conserving landfill space and helping our environment.”
