The company said that the rare earth property is believed to host rare earth elements (REEs) and precious metals.
Royal Energy Resources president Jacob Roth said the REE property is situated near one of the largest rare earth deposits in North America.
"Our next step in the near term will be a request for a drilling/testing permit from the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality/Land Quality Division," Roth said.
