REV doo Foca (REV), the company’s wholly owned subsidiary, secured the 30-year concessions for the development of the run-of-river projects on the Cehotina River.

The three projects include Luke, Falovici and Godijeno hydropower plants and will together generate a total of 69.61GWh electricity per annum.

Reservoir president and CEO Miljana Vidovic noted that the concessions in Bosnia will help the company further expand its renewable energy projects portfolio.

"We believe the estimated capacity factor of 56% for the Cehotina projects makes them a compelling development opportunity," said Vidovic.

The proposed plants are situated proximally to the company’s flagship Brodarevo Project in Serbia as well as the new transmission infrastructure currently under construction to connect the Bosnian and Serbian grids with the Montenegrin coast and Italy.

Reservoir will now proceed to negotiate power purchase agreements with potential buyers and initiate feasibility studies before development of the projects can get underway.
