Under the contract, RentOcean will supply onshore turntable system and additional equipment for storing cables for the Gemini offshore wind farm at Eemshaven, the Netherlands.

Scheduled to be built in the Dutch part of the North Sea, 85km north of the coast of Groningen, the wind farm is expected to be one of the largest wind farms in the world in terms of size and production.

Designed for flexibility and quick mobilisation, the RentOcean’s turntable series systems are plug and play and interchangeable.

RentOcean designs, builds and owns a large pool of demountable turntables, tensioners and burial equipment as well as operates from its deep water base in Velsen, the Netherlands.
