With effect from 16 October 2017, Mr Keith Henry will step down as Executive Chairman and Director of the Company and Dr Alastair Graham will step down as Non-Executive Director of the Company.
 
With effect from the same date, Mr Chris Hopkinson, who joined the Board of Directors on 20 September 2017, will become Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, and Dr Philip Frank, who has been a consultant to the Company since August 2015, will join the Board as a Non-Executive Director. 
 
Dr Frank is a geologist with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. He began his career with BP, followed by technical and management roles with Clyde Petroleum, Triton Resources, Monument Oil & Gas and Lasmo. He was then Exploration Manager for Emerald Energy, Exploration Director for Sterling Energy and a Non-Executive Director of Tower Resources. 
 
Dr Frank is a Chartered Geologist, a Fellow of the Geological Society and a member of the Petroleum Exploration Society of Great Britain, and has a BSc and PhD in Geology from Liverpool University.
