As per the terms of the contract, Quantum Energy will retrofit the hospitality property’s interior and exterior lighting fixtures. This will include the replacement of 100W metal halide parking lot fixtures with 40W induction fixtures.
Lodi Electric Utility’s $586,200 in American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) funds for energy efficiency programs granted to the municipal-owned utility will be utilized to partially finance the project.
