The Nebraska Public Service Commission (PSC) will hold a Hearing in the OP-0003 Keystone XL Pipeline Application August 7-11, beginning at 9:00 a.m., CDT, each day at the Lincoln Marriott Cornhusker Hotel in Lincoln, Neb.

The ending time each day will be determined by the proceedings.

The Hearing on the OP-0003 Docket before the Commission is an evidentiary proceeding, with witness testimony, cross examination and exhibits presented.

Retired Lancaster County Distric t Judge Karen Flowers will preside over the proceeding. There will be no decision made at the end of the hearing. A formal written decision will be released by the Commission at a later date. In accordance with the Major Oil Pipeline Siting Act (MOPSA), public comment was taken during four public meetings held prior to the evidentiary hearing.

There will be no public comment taken during the evidentiary hearing. Doors for the proceeding will open each day at 8:00 a.m., CDT. Public seating in the hearing r oom will be limited and available each day on a first come, first serve basis.
