Under the Singleton drilling program, the company will drill the new multi-lateral horizontal production well to the south west, potentially providing up to about 500boepd of additional cumulative production.

Drilling operations will entail the drilling of a main well-bore of about 16,800ft length, which would provide upwards of 4,000ft gross exposure to the hydrocarbon reservoir, the company said.

A subsequent lateral is also planned that will provide a further 4,000ft of gross reservoir exposure.

According to the company, the new well has been designed to allow for future acid stimulation, thereby providing further incremental production potential.

The Singleton field, which currently produces up to about 900boepd, is operated by Providence (99.125% interest), with partner Noble Energy (0.8725%).
