Praxair, through this additional production and storage capacity, will enhance its supply system to meet growing demand by current customers as well as to support future growth in Mexico.

The new facility is part of the San Nicolas Complex where Praxair already operates an air separation unit and carbon dioxide plant.

Oxygen, nitrogen, argon and carbon dioxide are delivered both as gases through an 80km pipeline and as liquids through an efficient logistics network serving a wide variety of customers in the north region of the country.

Praxair Mexico president and general director Murilo Melo said that this investment positions Praxair to meet growing industrial demand in the region with a reliable supply of high quality products and services.
