ATSI is the transmission affiliate of FirstEnergy and CPP is the municipal utility of the City of Cleveland.
FirstEnergy operating companies including Toledo Edison, Ohio Edison, Cleveland Electric Illuminating and Pennsylvania Power are now under the control of PJM.
With these integrations, PJM’s all-time peak demand would have been 158,448MW, the power grid operator said.
PJM now includes 180,400MW of generating capacity and more than 61,000 miles of power lines.
