The company has recommenced the drilling program on 20 July 2009 at the Ross Project Area (Ross) with 1,629m (5,345ft) drilled from the 11 completed holes. Uranium mineralisation was encountered in all holes that were drilled.

The 2009/10 drill program is targeting extensions of mineralisation at Ross and is planned to be the first production center at the Lance Projects.

Of the 11 holes completed, 7 contain mineralised intervals that exceed the “rule of thumb” for economic ISR mineralisation in this setting (a grade thickness product of 0.3ft % U3O8). In addition the drilling completed has been successful in expanding the area of known mineralisation and is expected to incrementally

increase the uranium endowment at Ross.

Drilling at the Barber project, planned as the second production centre, would commence in September 2009 and its also targeting extensions of the historic mineralisation.
