The uranium assets held by Crossland include Chilling project, Charley Creek and related projects, and the Kalabity project.

This week, a final transfer of funds will complete the A$8m ($7.2m) of expenditures required to earn the company’s 50% interest.

In addition, the company is arranging a non-brokered private placement of up to 5,000,000 units at a price of $0.125 per unit for gross proceeds of up to C$625,000 ($594,762.67).

Each unit will be comprised of one common share in the capital of the company and one share purchase warrant.

The funds raised will fund exploration work and general working capital.
