During the quarter, the company’s total production dropped 23% to 466t, compared to June quarter, due to planned maintenance delays.
The company said it incurred three lost time injuries, two at Langer Heinrich Mine and one at Kayelekera Mine, which was under care and maintenance.
Paladin Energy said: "The company’s 12 month moving average Lost Time Injury Frequency Rate (LTIFR) increased to 4.07 from 3.1 last quarter."
For the three-month period, sales totaled 1.25 million pounds U3O8 at an average sales price of $31.16 per lb with revenues of $38.95m.
"The source of the scale formation was identified and routine anti-scalant addition procedures were modified during the quarter.
"By the end of the quarter, scale formation had been brought under control and all major affected equipment had been cleaned. In the case of affected process water pipelines, these have either been replaced or, in the case of major pipelines, duplicated to provide future redundancy," the company said.
However, Paladin maintained production guidance of between 5.4 million and 5.8 million pounds of U3O8 for 2015.
