“We regret that Jim is stepping down but as OAI begins to sell internationally the company may begin selling to Lotus, where Jim is the Chairman and this could understandably become a conflict. Jim has been a tremendous help to the Company in its formation and we thank him for all the help,” said Tom Morrison, chairman and chief executive officer.
Organic Alliance is pleased to have Corey Ruth join our board of directors. Ruth has completed his graduation from Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University and performed his internship at the Graduate Hospital in Philadelphia. He also performed his orthopedic residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Ruth is also an instrument rated pilot and very active in general aviation. He and his wife Gail have three children and Organic Alliance could not be more pleased with the addition of Corey to our board.
