One Nation Energy Platform chairman Chief Obiyo earlier urged the government to help advance required permits, licenses and approvals for the project, reported the publication.
Obiyo said: "This, no doubt, will help remove perceived and unknown bottle-necks, thus ensuring a quicker delivery of the project."
