NWP Services Corporation (NWP) has partnered with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) ENERGY STAR to help customers improve energy efficiency of their multifamily communities.
NWP will now offer customers its UtilitySmart Business Intelligence and Benchmarking Analytics product and EPA’s Portfolio Manager to auto submit comprehensive utility consumption data to benchmark their communities performance and comply with local and state regulations.
It will also provide tools offered through ENERGY STAR to measure and track the energy performance of the customer’s communities.
The company will also develop a plan consistent with the ENERGY STAR energy management guidelines to achieve energy savings and will also back the ENERGY STAR Challenge, to help improve energy efficiency.
