According to the proposed alliance thought, a combined leadership team of NiSource Gas and Willbros members would recognize, develop, define and assess concepts from a commercial perspective. Willbros would offer services essential to advance concepts to sufficient detail for construction and/or budget approval, and, upon approval, Willbros would carry out a work order for any combination of engineering, procurement and construction, execution of the project.

The alliance would enable us to manage and maintain our pipeline system and its integrity in a more cost-effective manner.
