Plans are under way to construct a hydro power station in Nigeria’s Ekiti State, local media reports.
According to Anthony Adegbulugbe, a special adviser to the President on energy matters, the government is also planning to commission nine additional power plants by June as part of the National Integrated Power Project (NIPP) to supply 10,000 MW.
