The agreement includes a 100,000-acre dedication in the dry gas window of the Eagle Ford Shale.
Eagle Ford Midstream, a subsidiary of NET, will build a 110-mile gas pipeline that will initially deliver pipeline-quality gas to Tilden, Texas in McMullen County where it will have interconnects with NET’s LaSalle Pipeline and Transco Pipeline.
LaSalle Pipeline is an intrastate natural gas pipeline located in McMullen, LaSalle and Frio Counties, and it provides the full gas supply requirements for a 200MW generation facility.
A second phase of the project will add deliveries to interstate and intrastate pipelines located at the Agua Dulce hub in South Texas and will provide producers their choice of multiple natural gas markets.
