Under this contract with TAQA Bratani, Monitor Systems Scotland will supply six C’Treat Reverse Osmosis Water treatment units, to provide fresh potable drinking water on the Cormorant Alpha, North Cormorant and Tern platforms.

The order for the six units that have been built at C’Treat’s plant in the US and will be installed by Wood Group Engineering (North Sea), an energy services company, and commissioned by MSS, by the end of 2010, has contributed to exceeding MSS’ annual sales target for water treatment units.

MSS managing director Brian Sinclair said that a big factor in winning this contract was the company’s technical capability, proven track record in this field and C’Treat’s superior world leading product, which offers proven reliability and water output at a very competitive price.
