Monadelphous would develop the plant for the Caval Ridge Mine Project located south-east of Moranbah.
The scope of the contract includes services for civil, structural, mechanical, piping, and electrical and instrumentation works at the plant in Caval Ridge Mine project.
Work is expected to begin immediately and is projected to conclude between October and December of 2013.
The BMA contract following a recent contract that Monadelphous secured from Rio Tinto for construction and maintenance services at the mining major’s iron ore operations in the Pilbara region of Western Australia worth $320m and works expected to be concluded in October 2013.
