Mr Hamilton has been a director since August 2006 and has served as the chairman of the board of directors. Up to the time of his appointment as CEO of the company, Mr Hamilton was a senior managing director at FTI Consulting. He joined FTI Consulting in 2003, where his focus was on business turnaround and restructuring services, specializing in the energy industry.
