Multi-Fineline Electronix, Inc. (MFLEX) has elected Philippe Lemaitre to its board. Lemaitre replaces Richard Dadamo, who has recently retired from the company's board. He was chairman, president and chief executive officer of Woodhead Industries, Inc. (Woodhead). Prior to joining Woodhead in 1999, he served as corporate vice president and chief technology officer of AMP, Inc. (AMP) and was also responsible for Computer and Telecom Business Group.

Phil Harding, chairman of the board of directors of MFLEX, stated, I am pleased that Philippe has joined the MFLEX Board. Throughout his 30-plus year career Philippe has been engaged in the development of technology and technology-driven businesses. He has an excellent track record of successfully managing global business functions including sales, engineering, research and manufacturing operations. Before joining AMP, Lemaitre was employed by TRW, Inc. (TRW) as executive vice president of TRW and general manager of its Automotive Electronics Group. He previously held a variety of management and research engineering positions with TRW, International Technegroup, Inc., General Electric and Engineering Systems International. He holds a Master of Civil Engineering degree from the Ecole Speciale des Travaux Publics, Paris, France, and a Master of Science degree from University of California, Berkeley.
