Energy services company McDermott International has appointed Dennis Baldwin as its vice president and chief accounting officer, replacing Michael Taff, who was appointed as senior vice president and CFO earlier in the year.

With 23 years of financial and accounting experience, Mr Baldwin joins McDermott from Integrated Electrical Services where he served as chief accounting officer.

Prior to Integrated Electrical Services, Mr Baldwin served as vice president and corporate controller for two energy service companies, Veritas DGC and Universal Compression Holdings. In addition, Mr Baldwin held a variety of financial and accounting roles at Cemex, Cooper Industries and Price Waterhouse.

Mr Taff said: We are pleased to welcome Dennis to McDermott. His background and experience will be a valuable addition to our financial management team.
