Four foreign majors have been invited to submit final bids in the tender for the sale of 90% of the Macedonia's power distribution company AD ESM.

The four, Germany’s RWE, Austria’s EVN, Italy’s Enel and Czech giant CEZ are expected to deliver their offers by 1 March, having passed due diligence scrutiny.

The bidder offering the highest combined score of price and investment commitments of at least €42 million within three years will be the winner of the tender, Macedonia’s Economy Ministry said in a statement.
