Mr Andrews has also separately joined the board of directors and been appointed chairman and CEO of the company’s wholly owned US subsidiary, which holds the company’s interest in the Paradox Basin Project.
Mr Andrews said: I am extremely pleased to join the existing Lynden team and to become involved with a project with as much potential as the Paradox Basin Project, a project where significant milestones have already been met, including the establishment of a large acreage position and the construction of pipeline infrastructure.
