The loan will be in two phases. The first phase will be to fund the repairs to Cucharas Reservoir to comply with the Colorado Division of Water Resources, Dam Safety Program requirements. Once the repairs are completed, Two Rivers will begin the permitting process to either completely rehabilitate the existing dam or construct a new roller-compacted concrete dam.
Formed in December 2002, Two Rivers is focused on acquiring and developing water, farming and alternative energy resources in southern Colorado.
