Under the contract, LDK Solar will provide 120MW of solar wafers commencing in January 2011 through December 2012.
The company will also supply 2,000 metric tons of polysilicon commencing in January next year through February 2013.
LDK Solar manufactures polysilicon, mono and multicrystalline ingots, wafers, modules and cells.
The company also engages in project development activities in selected segments of the PV market.
