The project will include two 200MW class (E grade) combined-cycle gas turbine cogeneration units and corresponding support facilities.

Of the RMB1.56bn ($241.4m) investment, the company will fund 25% of the project capital and the rest will be funded by Petro China Kunlun Gas Utilization Co, Jiangsu Guoxin Asset Management Group, Nanjing Municipal Investment Co, and bank loans.

Huaneng Power International has controlled generation capacity of 54,402MW and equity-based generation capacity of 50,935MW.
