Intelligent Living Corp has partnered with Tavan Developments to provide energy efficient automation of two of Tavan's new custom homes in Canada.
The latest in an ongoing series, the 5,000+ square foot residences are located on Fraser River waterfront estates in the highly coveted Southlands area of Vancouver.
Intelligent Living Corp CEO Michael Holloran said that these are the sixth and seventh in an ongoing series of custom homes for Tavan.
"The greater Vancouver residential real estate market is continuing to outperform the Canadian market," Holloran said.
Intelligent Living Corp is a provider of green building automation and technology solutions, specializes in designing, supplying, installing, upgrading and servicing home and commercial automation systems.
The company has recently announced a partnership initiative to provide modular energy efficient small footprint homes and first nations housing.
