Geoff Sims, former vice president of ICOLD and chairman of the Rehabilitation and Maintenance Committee sadly died on 13 June 2002.
His colleagues have spoken of a great man and loyal worker for icold, the British Dam Society and the beneficiaries of dams everywhere. He was well respected both personally and professionally.

Along with our international colleagues, the staff of International Water Power and Dam Construction would like to offer our condolences to Geoff’s family.
