IDM noted that Mr Kenda has over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas contract drilling and capital equipment sectors in numerous global senior management and operations roles.
He has previously served as a vice president of National Oilwell Varco. He also served for nearly six years as the senior vice president for China and Middle Asia at National Oilwell Varco.
The IDM Group provides complete land rig packages and rig equipment to the energy industry from its primary facilities in Houston, Texas, and Stryi, Ukrane. Mr Kenda will initially be based at the Stryi location.
