These contracts needs H2O to design, build and deliver reverse osmosis and ultrafiltration systems including green sand filters for production of drinking water and wastewater treatment systems using its patented Bio-Brane technology for industrial customers in Western Canada.

In addition, the company will provide a US energy and power generation company with a customized system to produce industrial process water and deliver other smaller wastewater treatment systems to an institution in Ontario and a municipality in Quebec.

These contracts bring H2O Innovation’s sales backlog, which comprises entirely of systems and equipment sales and excludes sales of services and consumable products and the backlog of the company’s Indian joint venture H2O Innovation India, to C$18.4m.

H2O Innovation president and CEO Frederic Dugre said that more than three-quarters of the total value of these water treatment systems supply contracts come from industrial clients in the oil & gas, chemical and energy industries, reaffirming the pick-up of our industrial sales.
