Alstom has won contracts worth over €200 million for the supply of equipment and services for the Afam VI combined cycle power plant project at Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
The company will supply 3 GT13E2 gas turbines rated at 167 MW each and auxiliary equipment to Korea’s Daewoo E&C Co, in charge of the engineering, procurement and construction, for the end customer Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC). Anticipated service dates were not disclosed.
