Garb Oil & Power Corp and USA Recycling Industries have signed a definitive agreement to form a joint venture operation in North America.
The joint venture, which will operate under the trade name USA Recycled Tires, will operate on a fifty-fifty basis.
USA Recycling will provide access to its national auto service center chain store customer locations to establish the collection & processing of scrap used tires for recycling purposes.
USA Recycling will also make its warehousing facilities accessible to international consumers of recycled rubber and steel through its majority-owned export operations.
Garb said it will provide USA Recycled Tires with tire recyclingtechnology for its warehousing facility.
