Construction is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2010. This project is subject to the approval of the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) as well as the Minnesota Public Utility Commission (MPUC).
This agreement follows on from a first contract signed with Indianapolis Power & Light for the 106 MW Hoosier wind farm, currently being built in Indiana.
This new project will strengthen the group’s positions in Minnesota, and will increase EDF Energies Nouvelles’ gross capacity in the state to 608.5 MW.
